When the organizers of the Historic Grand Prix at Zandvoort announced that they were gonna do demonstration run with two Lotus Type 79’s, we were absolutely delighted!
With guest driver Arie Luijendijk and their historic driver Chris Locke, all complete with their replica helmets on, we were taken back in time, 36 years ago, to relive the Mario and Ronnie show from the 1978 season…..
This was a re-enactment scene very much alive, full throttle, not to be missed….
